After submission of your application, the HLRC will communicate with you about whether your application is considered complete, and will give you an approximate idea of the timing of the application process. Applications are reviewed by the commission at next regular meeting. Please remember that you must have your application approved by the commission, and then forwarded for approval to the Fresno County Board of Supervisors.
Once the submitted nomination application has been determined to be adequate, the nomination will be scheduled for consideration by the Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board at a public meeting. At the public meeting, the Board may approve the nomination in whole or in part.
If staff feels there is insufficient information to inform a recommendation, additional materials may be requested.
